Personally intervened, addressed, and resolved a DMV issue within minutes of being notified. Wife is thrilled with the car. Joel's unmatched professionalism and personal demeanor are noteworthy, and we look forward to the next visit. Definitely worth the 3-hour drive from Connecticut. A 5-star visit!

I decided to go buy on a Sunday around 3pm. i walked in and met Mike " Salty" Saltman. I can't say enough about how relaxing and pleasant the environment and the experience was. Mike was great, very knowledgeable. Stayed past closing to make sure I had all the information I needed. I picked my new truck up two days later. The finance experience was excellent and fast also. I scrutinized the car took if for a drive slammed on brakes to test. I asked numerous questions that he answered and checked if not sure. Not once did he rush me but was so patient . I wish ever sales rep were like Caleb wanting to provide the best considerate service without being pushy .

Worth your time - we ended up not buying here as they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for. Dan in particular was awesome! He talked for a while with us about Armada trims, even though he knew they didn’t have what we were looking for on their lot. We ended up taking that advice and buying it at another local dealer that had what we were looking for (‘22 Armada SL). We liked these guys so much that we came back here to look for another car we were purchasing but they didn’t end up going with the Nissan product this time.
