Wow. I twice needed to have some bodywork done--by coincidence damaged door both times on two different cars. I have long been a customer at McGovern, and I like the service and sales folks. But the body shop team went beyond what anyone could expect in terms of courtesy and helpfulness. I would give them 10 stars if it were possible.

Trying to make an appointment at this dealership is difficult and annoying. Their automated attendant is useless and you can rarely get a real person on the phone to help you, and when you do, they forward you to a "scheduling coordinator" and you get their voice mail. I very much enjoy Hyundai Palisade and would recommend it, but I do not recommend this service center. I should not be this hard to schedule an appointment.
