We worked out a great deal and I turned in my old lease and established a new lease for a car that I just loved. Extremely helpful, and a fun transaction. I can’t imagine having a better transaction. We were only planning to “start looking” and thought car shopping would take weeks. This was the very first dealership we visited and we ended up buying a car the same day. That truly says everything. David Tolbert was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. There was no pressure at all. just honest guidance and excellent customer service. We were greeted at the door with a big smile, which immediately set the tone for a great experience. The manager Justin and Mike from the finance department also came out personally to introduce themselves. what an amazing team they have! My service writer, Phil Mariani, listened to the symptoms I described, then assigned the job to a very experienced tech, Aidan. Aidan did a multipoint inspection & ran some diagnostic test. Aidan texted me a video of his findings. My battery was at end of life & was replaced. I also got my yearly state inspection sticker done. All of this was done in a very timely manner. Great shop to bring your car or truck.

I ultimately didn't buy here due to a simple lack of inventory (I wanted a Prius Prime XSE in guardian gray, and they unfortunately they didn't have any in stock), but I still wanted to write a review to express appreciation for Joel and Harley. Joel in sales was kind and didn't apply any pressure on me whatsoever, and Harley in finance offered a helpful breakdown of what a leasing option would look like. I found them to be excellent to deal with and trusted what they were telling me in terms of pricing and options, and again, most importantly, they didn't pressure me whatsoever and simply talked me through my options. If they'd had inventory there, I would have absolutely purchased with them and recommend them highly if you're considering your own purchase.
