Superior service from the sales team. I was interested in the 2026 bZ and immediately was put in touch with Ignacio right from the start. Ignacio also drives his own bZ so getting real and honest answers about EV ownership and common scenarios was reassuring. Struck a deal within 2 hours and took home the car in a week. The entire ordeal could not be more enjoyable.

My service writer, Phil Mariani, listened to the symptoms I described, then assigned the job to a very experienced tech, Aidan. Aidan did a multipoint inspection & ran some diagnostic test. Aidan texted me a video of his findings. My battery was at end of life & was replaced. I also got my yearly state inspection sticker done. All of this was done in a very timely manner. Great shop to bring your car or truck.

I ultimately didn't buy here due to a simple lack of inventory (I wanted a Prius Prime XSE in guardian gray, and they unfortunately they didn't have any in stock), but I still wanted to write a review to express appreciation for Joel and Harley. Joel in sales was kind and didn't apply any pressure on me whatsoever, and Harley in finance offered a helpful breakdown of what a leasing option would look like. I found them to be excellent to deal with and trusted what they were telling me in terms of pricing and options, and again, most importantly, they didn't pressure me whatsoever and simply talked me through my options. If they'd had inventory there, I would have absolutely purchased with them and recommend them highly if you're considering your own purchase.
