We had an outstanding experience working with Nathan to purchase our 2020 Subaru Forester. From the very first contact, he was incredibly responsive - he replied to my initial inquiry within minutes and sent over the CarFax reports for all three vehicles I was interested in. What really impressed us was how attentive Nathan was to our needs. When I mentioned we’d be bringing our newborn baby to the test drives, he made sure the two cars we were most interested in were ready and waiting as soon as we arrived at the dealership. He clearly didn’t want to waste our time, and we really appreciated that thoughtfulness. The entire process was remarkably smooth. Nathan is an excellent listener and worked quickly with his team to negotiate a price that worked for both parties. What could have been a stressful experience with a newborn in tow turned out to be efficient and easy. The only minor hiccup was that the finance department was a bit slow, though Nathan had proactively set our expectations about this since it was the end of the month. His communication made even that small delay manageable. Beyond his professionalism, Nathan is simply a genuinely nice person who truly wants to help his customers. He’s honestly the sole reason we would return to this dealership for future purchases. We would absolutely recommend him to our friends and family without hesitation. My first experience with Acton Toyota was when they helped me locate a reasonably priced used Toyota sienna to help with our move from Boston to Acton. Normally this would not be so impressive, but this was in the middle of the pandemic when used vehicles were very hard to come by and super expensive. Since then we have acquired two more Toyotas in our family, and all three have been serviced capably and reliably by the folks at Acton Toyota for the last five years. The capstone to this story is that I have just leased my newest vehicle from them, a 2025 RAV4 PHEV, Which they also helped me procure when stock was very thin on the ground during the run up to the rebates expiring. They helped me find one and get into it just before the rebates went away. They have always been very clear and helpful with their communications, the sales team is never hard-sell in any way, the service department Always provides clear explanations of their estimates and the repairs they plan to do, and all in all we are very happy being a four Toyota family with Acton Toyota!

Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Rav 4 from Toyota of Watertown. Initially, I wanted a Ruby Red Flare Rav 4 but after seeing the car in person, decided I liked the Magnetic Gray Metallic color better. After I realized this, I contact the Kenny Wright who is one of the sale managers there. He kindly agreed to sell me the car with the color I wanted even though he had to order the Ruby Red Rav and it was already delivered to his dealership. I have bought several Toyotas in the past and Kenny was the most patient, fair and responsive sales manager I have ever dealt with. Also, the finance manager Marat Alaverdian was pleasant to deal with. He explained all the paperwork thoroughly and did not pressure me to buy anything extra I did not want. If you are looking to purchase a Toyota, definitely call Toyota of Watertown and ask for Kenny Wright; he is the BEST!

I ultimately didn't buy here due to a simple lack of inventory (I wanted a Prius Prime XSE in guardian gray, and they unfortunately they didn't have any in stock), but I still wanted to write a review to express appreciation for Joel and Harley. Joel in sales was kind and didn't apply any pressure on me whatsoever, and Harley in finance offered a helpful breakdown of what a leasing option would look like. I found them to be excellent to deal with and trusted what they were telling me in terms of pricing and options, and again, most importantly, they didn't pressure me whatsoever and simply talked me through my options. If they'd had inventory there, I would have absolutely purchased with them and recommend them highly if you're considering your own purchase.
