After driving the Subaru for a few days or weeks, the owner can ask important questions not evident at the time of purchase. Do you know any other car dealership who does this? On 2-1-24, I met with Sierra Watson, who helped me to understand how StarLink and Apple CarPlay contribute to ownership of the Subaru. Now I realize the benefits of setting up a Driver Profile and accessing the My Subaru app. For over two hours, Ms. Watson patiently explained features, eliminated confusion, and increased my overall enjoyment of owning this 2024 vehicle. Highly recommend!!! By far the BEST dealership I’ve ever been to. From the start we were was greeted by very friendly staff. Ram Vega was assigned to us. He was very attentive to my wants in my next vehicle. He showed my husband and I the ones we were interested in. I was between two vehicles. He asked me questions to help decide on which one I loved the most. Ram also gave us the time we needed to make the best decision, he was not pushy at all. Once the vehicle was decided, we went in to start talking numbers. Ram matched us up with Matt Xie the Finance Director. Matt was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to make the numbers work for us. During this whole process the GM Eliel Ramirez came and greeted us to make sure we were taken care of. I will ONLY shop here to buy my vehicles.

I usually don't fill out reviews but I felt like I needed to let people know what you are in for when you bring your Subaru for a software update. I took my 2017 Subaru Forester that was hesitating (dead spot) when I pressed the accelerator. I mentioned that this had happened in the past and the fix was a software update. After many attempts the tech finally got a code that told them to update the ECM software and then "relearn" the update. I was shocked when I got the bill (506 dollars). 450 was for the update and 49.50 was other fees. I called another Subaru dealer and they said it would probably take 1 hour at a cost of 175 dollars. The service person said you will probably need software every year...... I hope that our cell phone companies don't start charging for software updates.

Scam artists and liars - Cheryl Feinberg

Brought my Subaru here for an EVAP issue. They replaced TWO AIR valves. The vehicle showed NO SIGNS of the air intake system needing repair and the engine code even said EVAP. $2100 and multiple lies from Emmanuel the service adviser, Dave the service manager, and Bart the GM and we are told $700 more to fix the initial problem because they deceived us. We will be looking into a lawyer. Do yourself a favor and go else where. They are scam artists and liars!
