Went as a first time buyer. Super easy process from start to finish. Me and my dad needed to be out by a certain time and Stephen and his team gave a great effort at trying to abide by it! We weren’t in there for long, about 4ish hours, which is pretty good, according to my dad who told me he sometimes be at dealerships till sunset. Overall, a great first experience, and I love my civic!!
