What I appreciated the most, was his willingness to answer all my questions and concerns, and was even able to bring in the previous owner, who happen to work within the building. Allowing me the opportunity to talk to him about the car and its history. Billy in the finance dept deserves a special mention. He handled what could have been a really annoying, stressful process with chilled out professionalism, instead of bombarding me with sales pitches or rushing me through. Special mention to having to activate my debit card in the middle of the transaction. Overall, it was a really laid back experience. John's chill yet informative demeanor and Billy's relaxed style of final step financing made me feel super comfortable about buying the car.
