Winn Volkswagen is AMAZING!!!!! I took my 2022 Jetta in for my 30,000 mile maintenance. While I was waiting I went to see the Sales Manager, Ash since my lease is up in August, I asked him to recommend a salesman for me. A gentleman by the name of Paulo came over and he was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! This was a breath of fresh air for me since my previous dealership leaves a lot to be desired. Paulo got me into a new lease 2025 Jetta SEL with no down payment. He made everything so easy and stress free. If you need service on your vehicle please see Jade he is so kind and knowledgeable and if you want to buy a new vehicle please see Paulo. We were warmly greeted by Maz Rozi who gave us great information and helped guide us through our first car buying experience. He was extremely knowledgable and gave us all possible options when looking at payment plans. We never felt any pressure at all and we really were treated like family. We even received tips and info about the area that we are now calling home from Max as well as John Swanson in the finance department. When I decided to change from a gas vehicle to an electric vehicle, I was overwhelmed and doubting my decision. The entire process with this dealership was wonderful! My salesman Dennon was the great. He was professional, helpful, and his knowledge of the car helped me go over the pros and cons and I decided to purchase the ID.5. He had to call around to local dealerships that would agree swap vehicles so I could get the model and color combo I wanted. I’m so sorry, but I didn’t catch the names of the sales manager and general manager, but they went above and beyond to get me all of the rebates and discounts I had available to me for purchasing an electric vehicle. Ryan Gonzalez, the finance manager was equally impressive. His thoroughness explaining the additional coverages they offered was outstanding. He made sure that I understood the additional coverage I chose and his professionalism and expertise made me confident I wasn’t buying something I didn’t need or wouldn’t use. Dishonest Practices, Bait-and-Switch Financing, and Broken Promises* This dealership misled me at every turn. Despite advertising "90 days no payments," they refused to honor it unless I used their preferred lenders—a condition hidden until I was pressured at signing. I explicitly requested financing through **VW Financial** (my prior lender) and was assured it would happen. Instead, they secretly switched my loan to another lender **two weeks after purchase** without my consent. They also ran my credit with **4 different companies** without transparency, unnecessarily damaging my 750 credit score. Despite a strong payment history and excellent credit, they prioritized their kickbacks over customer trust. **AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.** Their sales team lies to close deals, and their finance department manipulates loans post-sale. Secure your own financing beforehand—do NOT trust their "offers." What they advertise and what they deliver are entirely different.

AVOID this dealership like the plague. The finance manager, Inez Carrillo, is an extremely unprofessional individual. DO NOT lease from these people, let alone deal with their incompetent sales and management teams. An FTC complaint was filed against them for attempting at $850 for a "safety check" even though they presented me with a document that clearly stated "NOT REQUIRED BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA - OPTIONAL" - which I have a photo of. On top of the $850 to "inspect the car" - they wanted me to leave the car for 4 hours so they can find things to fix. After their laundry list that I was told I'd need to get repaired there, THEN they'd release it to me. LOL, it's a three year old car. After some questions which were then overpowered, she stated that some dealerships charge up to "$4,000 to certify cars before they release it". I've confirmed with an attorney that that's a load of xx. If you must purchase your VW, call corporate and have them walk you through the process. Somehow the "safety check" is not required when you do this over the phone with corporate yet they are the same company ;) They will try to sell water to a fish if they could, just DON'T BE FOOLED! Volkswagen is a disgrace for running such a poor and fraudulent franchise business! VW needs to take responsibility for these rogue dealers.

He was nice and got us financed with the help of the finance guy Don! They’re great! I recommend everyone that wants to get into a vehicle go to Ontario Volkswagen!!!!
