After buying a new minivan 12 years ago from Heiser Toyota and working with Al Hussain, we returned to by a used truck. Al is wonderful to work with! He loves what he does and wants his customers to be happy too. Al is not pushy, takes time to answer questions and treated us like we were friends. He stayed late to work with us and provided answers to all our questions. At delivery time, Al made sure our vehicle was clean and all our concerns before purchasing were addressed. Terrible place!!! They sold my mother a 2009 Toyota Corolla for 10 grand which was a rip off in itself, then days after buying it we started having troubles with the struts and strut mounts, they “fixed it” 3 times!! And it’s still having the same problems!! Now I found out they twisty tied her muffler to a piece they welded onto the muffler and it’s our fault? Worst experience ever!!! They don’t give two xxxxs about u after you leave that lot besides Erik and Danny and Adam!! Them three will help u the rest won’t even care!

Mike Bond was very informative and upfront. The current auto shortage makes things more difficult for consumers and salespeople, but we were treated with respect and honesty. I also appreciate that they are sticking to MSRP in a climate in which they could probably get more. I do not buy toyotas in the town that I live because of the way that I have been treated there in the past. I would make the trip to Bergstrom again for my next purchase. Ask for Mike Bond, and you will get straight answers.
