While Chris was very attentive, and very nice, I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be an hour and a half. It was done in 30 minutes. That’s because when I got home and looked at my receipt there was no tire rotation done. That was very disappointing.

Excellent service. I arrived 45 minutes before my scheduled time for oil change and tire rotate and they still moved my Ram along. They finished and I ended up leaving at the time I should have been arriving. Awesome!

I went in to look at the Durango with no intention of purchasing it that day. I had had a bad experience with Russ Darrow in Milwaukee in the past, so I was hesitant to go. Working with Joe and Jon on the purchase of my new Durango got rid of any hesitations I had. Joe was very responsive to my questions and helpful. Jon was able to get the finance rate that I wanted. I got a decent price on my trade-in. I ended up leaving that day with my new Durango. So far everyone I've talked to at the dealership in West Bend has been great. I wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future.
