The service department was excellent. They did not make me feel like a "woman driver". They assured me I was not imagining my concern about the alignment. I brought my recently purchased 2018 Rav4 in to have a driver's side air bag issue. Vehicle was inspected shortly after 8AM opening and less than 30 minutes later was given feedback to the problem. The driver's side air bag issue. Vehicle was inspected shortly after 8AM opening and less than 30 minutes later was given feedback to the problem. The problem was operators (ME) lack of knowledge of operating systems/warning lights etc. I have driven a 2005 Buick Lesabre for the last 20 years so it will take same time to understand this new technology in the vehicle. Jacob was made aware of this and was completely understanding and communicated with great respect. Thank You! More
