Great car buying experience. I live on the opposite side of the country so everything was done remotely. The sales staff and management stayed in constant communication until the deal was completed and were great about answering my questions. Oh, and the price was great! My spouse introduced me to this Toyota dealership over 35 years ago when it was under the old ownership. We have bought 4 Toyotas (all new) since then. Have had the best service and warranty work ever. The great thing about this dealer is that if they mess up, they pay. Years ago I had taken my Corolla in for regular maintenance. I never noticed that my inspection sticker had died. I got a ticket. On my trip to get the inspection done, they looked up when I had my last maintenance done. It was right at the time my inspection was due to run out. They deducted the cost of my ticket from my maintenance and inspection bill!! The sales staff is great. They always talk to us and make us feel at home. Even my dogs have been welcome there. Hairy, Max and now Miss Red are always greeted and petted. I have never had to have anything done to my Toyotas other than routine maintenance, warrenty work and normal wear & tear work. Love this dealership and my Toyotas!!

Erin, the financial expert was also very quick, friendly and efficient. When I found out that wrench and ride was owned by Renn Kirby that gave me a great feeling and that feeling wasn't wrong. Purchased my first car at Renn Kirby in Frederick 30 years ago. Great people in both locations! Mike Circo was also friendly and helpful to us when we were just looking around the lot the other day. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience. I worked with Grant when I was first interested in trading in my minivan for something more exciting. I wanted a hybrid but also some luxury. We chose a sleek black Volvo XC90 plug in hybrid and I love it. In about 3 months we have taken it on several long trips and the gas milage is decent. Even better, for my day to day work commutes, I run almost entirely on electricity and just plug it in when I get home. When it notified my of my first service, it was easy to leave a message. I got a call back within 20 minutes and service was scheduled. I dropped it of and was greeted by name and offered a ride to work. I was notified of the progress throughout to include a walk around video. The car was returned clean and sparking, not quite new car clean but certainly better than when I dropped it off. We have purchased several cars from this dealership, not all new and not all Volvo but I have been treated like royalty every time. 5 stars.

Took first exit off to inspect the vehicle and then called Subaru of Morgantown since the engine light, cruise light, etc. would not go off. They were able to inspect my vehicle that afternoon and determine it was drivable to continue on my journey. Very grateful for their professional service!

5 stars rating. Customer service and sales were superior. Very transparent and efficient process. The salesperson, Jeff Shaffer located the new 4 Runner I was looking for and kept me updated every step of the way via text. The car was ready and waiting when I arrived to pick it up. Ball Toyota did not charge additional fees above MSRP like most dealers are doing currently. Knowing that I can just text Jeff what I am looking for without all of the hassle, I will certainly buy our next car from Ball Toyota.

I purchased a vehicle through JD Byrider about 8-9 months ago. I have had nothing but problems since I got the car, and the salesmen are well aware that I am not happy nor satisfied with this vehicle as I, myself have told them this time and time again. 2 weeks after purchasing the car, I had to take it in for a miss ( which is still there, never has been repaired properly as I’m still having issues) and they changed my catalytic converter, told me that was the problem and sent me home. I was told before coming home in the vehicle that I still had an underlying issue and that they were going to get me in to see a Kia Dealership to have it further investigated but they never called me back with an appointment time/date. The car was doing okay at that moment, so I wasn’t stressing it too bad. Now, 7 months later….my engine light came back on Friday and the miss came back STRONGER THAN EVER! I took it to JD Byrider yesterday and they changed my spark plugs, as well as my coil pack but the car is still missing and they’re going to AGAIN set me up with a Kia Dealership. They then told me that I had oil on my spark plugs, which isn’t a good sign but couldn’t even provide me with a SAFE loaner vehicle until they can get my car in with Kia, which could take several weeks?! Am I just supposed to sit here without a vehicle for more than a month?! Oh, and my Engine light NEVER WENT OFF…its still on. I have explained that I am a single, working Mother and I DEPEND ON THIS VEHICLE FOR MY FAMILIES DAILY NEEDS BUT I HAVE SAT WITH NO VEHICLE FOR ALMOST A WEEK NOW BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE LOANER AS THEY CANT SEEM TO GET THEIR CUSTOMERS TO RETURN THE CARS ON TIME THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY LOANED! Beyond aggravated with this whole situation! My CNAC Caseworker called them after me explaining my situation to her and now they’re telling her that they won’t have a loaner for me until FRIDAY and today is only Wednesday?! Remember I took my car in on Monday and have called everyday since to see if a loaner was brought back like they had been telling me, just to get a let down everytime!! “We can’t seem to get ahold of the person to return the vehicle”….but yet I call right after my worker and I’m told they MAY have one today BUT ITS A LITTLE FORD FOCUS…like, do you really think I care what kind of car it is?! NO…as long as it runs properly smh! They keep saying they’re trying to help but actions speak louder than words….. I just hope this saves some people the money, time, emotional 🎢 , high anxiety and stress it has caused me. Not to mention the doctors appointments I’ve had to reschedule and the 2 job opportunities this issue has knocked me out of!!
