We had to have a malfunctioning captain chair repaired. We asked how long it might take and they told us same day by 3pm. The dealership is an hour away and we dropped it off at 9:30am. Final pick up was at 7pm and it was not ready even by then. We had to leave the van overnight which left us no easy way to get our children to school. Luckily our family stepped in and watched our kids overnight and took them to school the next day. Eventually the van was done the next day around 3pm but they kept calling my wife who was working even after I gave them my number as the call back number repeatedly. It was difficult to get ahold of the technician to figure out what was taking so long, which was honestly the most flustering part of the experience. I understand things take time but communication as the repair and complications evolved was very lacking. More
