BUYER BEWARE We purchased a 2020 silverado 2 months ago and are already looking at a $1000-3000 transmission repair. Original paperwork referenced "shaking at highway speed" but indicated that the issue wa and are already looking at a $1000-3000 transmission repair. We use the truck as a second vehicle so we didn't drive it often during the first month of ownership and accepted their written explanation when we noticed the short rumble going past 70mph. I started driving it longer distances recently and the problem has worsened to not only the shaking at higher speeds but also slipping going uphill and shaking at lower speeds. We took it to our regular mechanic who diagnosed at a minimum the torque converter (about $1800) to who knows how much. We tried to reach out to our salesman who had just started but he has already moved on, perhaps too much integrity after he starts getting call backs? Our recent call with Ryan ended with an offer to repair it as quickly as possible, at full dealer rates of course, but we were on our own aside from that generous offer. We'll be making only the 3rd payment on the way to pick it up from the honest shop we will be using to fix it. Don't even think about buying at any of their dealerships. They were friendly and helpful with a good internet presence, but they will sell anything to turn a dollar and won't stand behind it. BUYER BEWARE More

Arrived on time for a scheduled service appoinment for a Chevrolet Suburban-specifically for a light bulb replacement-identifying exactly what bulb was out.. One hour and fifteen minutes later I was informed that CMA Martinsburg technicians could not find the light that was out. I then personally went into the service bay and had to show the technicians the light that was out. I decided not to have the work performed by CMA martinsburg because if they were so incompetent as to not to be able to find a light that was out I was affraid of the quality of work that might go into replacing the bulb. I have heard of other area residents complaining about the poor quality of their service and I know now just how true it is. I will certainly advise others, as well as my organization members to avoid this dealership as well. More
