I purchased a used car from them on 9/27/24. It was easy. They stayed open late for me to make the purchase and worked with me on the down payment. Once my insurance money came in the following Wednesday, I went to dealership directly and gave them the money. Fast forward to today 11/4/24, I am riding around on expired temporary tags because I have yet to receive the actual tags from dealership that I've been told were sent next day on Thursday 10/31. I NEED MY PLATES YESTERDAY!

They listen to my concerns and they note items I need to be aware of while they perform preventive maintenance on my vehicles. They know that I rely on my vehicles - I've been a customer here for 22 years. I drive 90 miles one way to get to this location and pass by at least 4 other VW dealers as I drive the distance. Ms Pam Willis and her techs have earned my loyalty by earning my trust. I've purchased 3 VWs here over 22 years and I'll keep buying my VWs here.

The manager, Mr. Q, was hands-on and super involved. He was helping four other customers at the same time but still made us feel like a priority. You could tell he genuinely cared. I overheard him saying, loud and clear, to everyone that if anything ever happens to their car and they end up needing a mechanic, just bring the car back to the dealership and he’ll personally help reduce the cost. That kind of reassurance is rare, and it really builds trust. On top of that, he was offering real discounts, not just sales talk. The whole team was friendly, transparent, and made the entire process stress-free. It’s the first time I’ve ever left a dealership feeling this confident and taken care of. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dealership that actually stands behind their word.

Big Thumbs Up! Wow, the service department has really exceeded my expectations after a sudden fuel pump failure. For my titan, the fuel pumps have been on back order from nissan for quite sometime (and still are). The first replacement they sourced from another dealer out of state with fast shipping, but it was a dud, looks like the replacement fuel pump was defective because it only lasted me a day, and i had to return to the service department. I expressed my concerns to Riley the service manager , since my titan is my work truck, he listened and understood my concerns got me a loaner car and immediately got his team to source another new fuel pump from another nissan dealer in a different state, paid extra and overnighted the part to get my truck back on the road on time. That is what I call amazing customer service! Thank you Riley and your team!
