I went in for service on my Chevy Blazer, previously having had good experience with their service department. I was sorely disappointed with their overblown estimates for work I have since found was not required. The work they did do was extremely sloppy and transmission fluid after a flush has been found all over the underbelly of my car. Dripping on my garage floor for the last few weeks putting my dogs at risk is the worst thing I can say about them though. I would never recommend them!

It took a very long time to resolve replacing the rear bumper. Dave was helpful with taking care of the issues I identified with my 2025 Explorer. I was disappointed that a brand new car that had just arrived had the issues that required being replaced. Also, the body shop was extremely helpful and kept me informed until the issue was resolved.

I had a TERRIFIC experience with Lindsay Volvo. I live in WA state, but the model I wanted was only available on the East Coast. I submitted internet inquiries to several dealerships, and Seamus at Volvo Lindsay got back to me the next morning. I was nervous it would be hard/impossible to lease across the country, but Seamus made it easy and quick. He was super straightforward and honest in his dealings, and had a contract in front of me with zero surprises that same day. Graham was terrific in helping me get signed up with VCSF and helped with paperwork plus some tips about this unusual car, and Markell their manager prepped the car for shipping on their day off since my shipper came by early. After the car arrived here, there was one tiny issue (temporary plates not included) and Graham responded to my email and fixed it on a Sunday! Outstanding job my all involved! By far the best car buying experience in my life and the most trustworthy dealers I've yet dealt with. Could not be happier with everything.

Unfortunately, while waiting, his current car started having issues, and he had to find something else quickly. He ended up needing to cancel his order and get his deposit back. Tiffany was incredibly understanding and kind throughout the whole process, even though it meant losing a sale. We really enjoyed working with her and getting to know her! She took me on a test drive, helped me compare models and colors, and her upbeat personality made the whole experience stress-free. Her manager, Amanda Foote, stepped in to make sure we worked out a deal that fit my budget. I really appreciated her willingness to listen and find a solution that worked best for me. Kevin Lowery in finance was also fantastic. He got me approved at a monthly rate I could afford, and even after the sale was done, he went above and beyond. When I discovered that my insurance company had made a mistake with GAP and warranty coverage, Kevin took the time to re-work the deal, add the coverage I needed, and still kept my financing affordable. I recently brought my 2002 Toyota Highlander to Casey Toyota in Williamsburg, VA, and I can say without hesitation that this was the best service experience I’ve had in over 25 years of owning and maintaining Toyota vehicles across the country. From the moment I arrived, Service Advisor Michael Rosa demonstrated outstanding professionalism, transparency, and care. He took the time to walk through the diagnostics, kept me fully informed during the process, and coordinated with the technician to ensure every concern was addressed — including one that had gone unresolved for years. The work performed included valve cover gasket replacement, spark plugs, cylinder gaskets, ignition coil, air surge gaskets, and more. The technician did an excellent job — the engine now runs smoother than it has in a long time, and even a persistent VSC light issue (introduced by a different dealer and never resolved elsewhere) was completely resolved as a result of their thorough and knowledgeable repair work. Having owned and serviced Toyotas in NYC, Ithaca, San Antonio, Dallas, Albany GA, Augusta GA, Virginia Beach, Newport News, and Boston MA, I’ve worked with many Toyota service departments over the years. None have matched the diligence, professionalism, and conduct of the team at Casey Toyota, and particularly Michael Rosa and the technician who worked on my Highlander. I left with full confidence in the quality of the repair, and tremendous appreciation for the honest and skilled service I received. If you're in the region and want your Toyota handled right, Casey Toyota is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Horrible customer service. I have been back twice since buying a 70k GMC Sierra. Not from them mind you, but from Moore Buick GMC in Jacksonville, NC, which is fantastic by the way. Went there for an upgrade / warranty issue, as I have a second home in Virginia. They installed the cooling fans for the seats and the parking sensors. I had questions because it wasn’t working right. No less than 20 min. driving off the lot,, I returned and the service advisor told me sorry about your luck make another Appointment. I swore then I wouldn’t spend a dime of my own money since. Then, the front grill deflector recall. Tried to get them to order it while in VA. The sent me to parts, then service, then hung up. Guess what? I drove back to Moore GMC to get the recall. Horrible people. They should have the dealership yanked

They didn’t even give me what we originally agreed on. It’s excuse after excuse! I am coming into money soon (my mom passed) and I was going to buy a brand new car but I wouldn’t give this place the time of day if they gave me a car for free!

Traci, who ensured that the car didn't get sold before I arrived, given my two-hour drive, was also patient and courteous, as was Tatiana, our salesperson. Mike, the finance manager, is very efficient. The sales manager, Cole, is awesome. The car hadn't been state-inspected. He informed us he couldn't sell the car unless it had a current inspection, so after the purchase, he had the car inspected and delivered to us two hours away🙂🙂🙂 Thank you so much!
