As far as we can tell, the service was completed in good shape. Two suggestions to help you: [1] double check the brake fluid replacement records for the VIN # since it was recently completed. [2] The remaining red-colored, 100k-mile items for 'immediate attention ' are still 25k miles away, not truly immediate, of course. A novice customer would likely be alarmed at the $4k+ service list presented – better, perhaps, to yellow code them or simply show them as 'recommended/upcoming'. It's an opportunity to avoid the hard sell and take a softer or partnership style approach while differentiating your service department from the mass out there.
