I am 84 years old and Hyundai of Leander Service has been, without question, the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I especially want to thank Mr. Victor Cabrera, the service manager, MS. Micah Faurie, the Servicer Administrative Assistant, and especially Mr. Houston Johnston, my Service Advisor. My wife and I have prior experience with CarMax and they - Mikejj200

My wife and I have prior experience with CarMax and they were extremely helpful and effective then. This time around, the experience was just as stellar was before with quick and efficient service, and honest transparency from our seller Jorge who maintained a cheery attitude and openly discussed our many options. We will still met positively and without issue when we returned the next day after purchase to refinance with our banking institution. Ryan especially, from the Business Office, was really informative about this matter when we questioned our options, wihtout hiding the facts and offering helpful suggestions. This won't be our last car and certainly not our last transaction with CarMax.

My sales associate Daniel at the CarMax Pendale location in El Paso Texas was extremely helpful. He was able to help me make a purchase I was confident in and made the process of buying my first car a wonderful experience. Even after leaving the dealership he made himself available to me and promptly answered any questions or concerns I had which I greatly appreciate especially as a first time buyer. If I am to buy a car in the future I will absolutely request Daniels assistance, he is a great CarMax associate and even better person!
