I had an outstanding experience at Toyota of Irving. I visited several Toyota dealerships and other brand dealers, but my sales representative, Venessa, in Toyota of Irving truly stood out in making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful from the start, even before we met in person, handling everything over the phone. I never felt pressured or pushed into a decision. Instead, she took the time to understand my needs and efficiently suggested the best options without wasting any time. I really appreciated the straightforward approach, especially during the pricing discussion—no nonsense or drama. They genuinely respect and value the customer’s time and needs.
Even during the financing process, it was quick—only about 30 to 40 minutes. I felt like they genuinely cared about me as a customer, not just making a deal. Venessa was thoughtful and offered me lemonade, and after an hour of test driving and decision-making, she brought me coffee to ensure I was comfortable. I really appreciate how the sales team at Toyota of Irving cares for their customers.
After purchasing the vehicle, Venessa went above and beyond by helping me connect my devices to the car and showing me all the features, from the remote start to the touch-open doors. She even took the time to walk me through everything again to ensure I was fully comfortable with my new car. At the end, she took a picture of me with my brand-new Camry Hybrid SE, complete with a big bow on top, which was such a thoughtful touch.
I must also mention that Venessa really gave me the best deal, which made me even more in love with the service at Toyota of Irving. I’ve had a tough time with another Toyota dealership, where they were pushy and persistent, always trying to make me say yes even when I asked for time. They made me wait for 7 hours, and things were still not finalized. Based on my experience, I can confidently say that Toyota of Irving provides the best customer service. They truly care about their customers, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Also, the waiting room is fantastic, with a variety of shops to explore while you wait—definitely a great way to pass the time!
