I was always pleased with Tarbox/Nucar service, where I have been a customer for many years. Today i came for oil and filter change (post warranty) and the service was completed sooner than estimated. This however was my first time as a handicapped customer. Andrew Chan was my consultant and I don't have enough good words to describe his kindness, courtesy, sensitivity and care. At the end Andrew went out of his way not only bringing the car to me in front of the waiting area (normally consultant will point out where about the car is parked on the lot), but offered to help me put my walker in the trunk and did not leave the side of the car until I was well seated behind the wheel. I never asked or anticipated any help as beeing recently handicapped I still have my independent attitude, but Andrew's emotional intelligence and empathy set my entire day on a happy note. Thank you very much!

Michelle handled my initial online inquires rapidly, and Chris listened to my specific needs and wants, and suggested a SuperCab Ranger they'd recently acquired. That design is becoming harder to find and isn't even being made anymore for the newest Rangers. I specifically wanted the extra space cab in a mid-sized 4x4 without four doors and with the longer 6-foot bed. That's exactly what Chris had for me. The previous owner seems to have done a good job taking care of the truck, but Flood went through it carefully and replaced a couple of worn components. I was given a completely fair offer for my trade-in. The financials with Blake were a breeze as well - he gave me options without any pressure, and I selected what worked best for my anticipated use and budget. The last time I bought I Ford I went to that other place in Rhode Island - but I'm definitely a loyal Flood customer from now on. Thank you.

5 Stars is not enough. Joe is an Allstar. From my first telephone contact, I knew that I was talking to an honest gentleman. I talked about a 2018 Corvette that he had on his showroom floor. Joe was very patient and answered all of my questions and concerns about the car and about purchasing it site unseen as the car was in Rhode Island and I am in New Jersey. Joe immediately sent me pics from his cell phone and followed up with a call. Joe without asking told me that the price listed was recently discounted over $1,500.00. He gave his word that the pics were accurate and gave me a history on the car. As a businessman I felt that he was sincere and decided to move forward to purchase it. Joe sent me a credit application and I received a follow up call from his lender immediately . I was approved within an hour at a great low rate. The paperwork went smooth and Joe arranged for shipping from a great auto transporter at a great price. The car arrived two days later and it is BEAUTIFUL. I have never seen a two year old car in better condition. Showroom fresh. Thank You Joe, Thank You Everyone at Simon Auto for a wonderful experience.

I Bought My Truck In Sept. 2016, They Did Not Stand Behind The Warranty. Had The Items Checked That They Claimed Were Fixed before I Bought It, They Lied. I Wish I Would Have Checked It Out A Little Better Before I Bought It. It Looked Very Good When I Test Drove, But Even Within The First Thirty Days I Had Issues, They Would Not Fix It For Me.
