I was then introduced to Brian, and he was fantastic from start to finish. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and he didn’t waste my time. We went over the numbers right away and got straight to what I wanted to accomplish. I then took the vehicle for a test drive and was more than happy with it. Michael was absolutely great. He is such a genuinely nice person, and I really enjoyed talking with him. He made the experience even more enjoyable and was great to work with throughout the process. Seth was another huge help. He took the time to walk me through all of the technology and show me all the ins and outs of the vehicle. Having someone take the time to explain everything and answer my questions was an amazing help. I really appreciated that extra attention. The financing process took less than 40 minutes, and before I knew it, my vehicle was ready to go. One thing that really impressed me was that I didn’t even have to worry about bringing my rental car back. Since they work with Enterprise, I was able to leave the rental right there at the dealership, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. Everyone I dealt with was amazing, professional, friendly, and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and completely different from the typical car-buying experience.
