As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by a wonderful woman and gentleman who were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and had great smiles. What immediately stood out to me was how calm and laid-back the atmosphere was. There was absolutely no pressure or pushiness, which can unfortunately be common at some dealerships. I was then introduced to Brian, and he was fantastic from start to finish. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and he didn’t waste my time. We went over the numbers right away and got straight to what I wanted to accomplish. I then took the vehicle for a test drive and was more than happy with it. Michael was absolutely great. He is such a genuinely nice person, and I really enjoyed talking with him. He made the experience even more enjoyable and was great to work with throughout the process. Seth was another huge help. He took the time to walk me through all of the technology and show me all the ins and outs of the vehicle. Having someone take the time to explain everything and answer my questions was an amazing help. I really appreciated that extra attention. The financing process took less than 40 minutes, and before I knew it, my vehicle was ready to go. One thing that really impressed me was that I didn’t even have to worry about bringing my rental car back. Since they work with Enterprise, I was able to leave the rental right there at the dealership, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. Everyone I dealt with was amazing, professional, friendly, and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and completely different from the typical car-buying experience. A huge thank you to Brian, Michael, Seth, and the entire team at Steingold Volvo for making this such an incredible experience. You’ve definitely earned a customer for life. There were no “sales” pitches or let me go get my manager. ZERO pressure either way. When I saw the car I wanted it needed to be cleaned as it just came on the lot. We were to pick it up in 2 days. Got a call the next afternoon- the car was ready. Steve was so friendly and had everything ready to go. You could tell the customer experience is everything to this business. Then someone took the time to show us all the features and get all the technology hooked up- we had NEVER had someone do that before. My husband is good with technology but this gentleman showed us both some tricks and tips- so grateful for the tutorial- and what a nice young man. I work for a company that prides themselves on world class customer service and it was so nice to be on the receiving end of an experience like that from a local small business.
