From the moment I called Sales Consultant Damien Cooney and worked with him along with Senior General Sales Manager Brandon Rocco, I knew I had chosen the right people and the right dealership, 6-hours away from my Indiana home. They worked hard to earn my long-distance business on a new 2025 Camry XSE; in fact we worked so well together that I ended up buying a second new car from them, a 2025 Corolla XSE Hatchback. They made the right deals, and, being respectful of my 12-hour round trip to pick up each car, moved me quickly through the delivery process both days. I’d also like to mention that the detailing man, Richard, did a fantastic job on both cars. They were extremely well prepared for delivery to this very picky customer. Needless to say, after happily picking up both new cars this week, I highly recommend working with # 1 Cochran Toyota, Damien, Richard and Brandon. I really like that they are a family-owned dealership, as I prefer to support this type of store over the huge company-owned stores. Thank you for treating me so well.

Jeb actually came in on his day off to help me as I had a very long drive. Great, personable salesperson, and knowledgeable every step of the way! Worth the drive if you're looking for a car, as they break the paradigm of dealers that so many people dislike. Would absolutely buy from them again as my 1st choice!!

Steve Landis was my sales rep for the purchase of my 2023 Rav4 Prime in November of 2023. Steve was GREAT to work with. He was extremely responsive to my questions and got me answers in a timely manner. He made the whole process of purchasing my Prime easy, painless and stress-free. NO pressure to purchase add-ons. NO market adjustment to the price for a RAV4 Prime which at the time was almost unheard of at other dealerships.. He REALLY stepped up a few days before delivery when an issue came up that could have prevented the sale. Instead he came up with a solution that worked for all concerned. The next time I purchase a Toyota I will be contacting Steve Landis.

I brought my car in for a few issues twice in the last two weeks. Each time I was lucky enough to deal with Mckenzie Durham in the service department. She took the time to go over my issues with me and help me decide the best way to describe them to the service technicians. She was patient and followed up with me multiple times while I was waiting for my car, to give me updates on what was found and to make sure I was ok going forward with the work. She was very cordial and she did it all with a smile on her face. It was probably the best customer service interaction I have had with anyone not just for a car service but for anything that required dealing with a company representative that was providing some type of work, service, etc. for me. Mckenzie would be a prime candidate for a public relations job, I found her extremely pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with. Thank you Mckenzie, Bob Fidelibus.

I recently worked with Dave Manning to purchase an awesome used Ford F150 from out of state. Dave called me right away, provided me detailed pictures of the undercarriage and videos of the vehicle running, per my request. He was so kind and helpful all along the process. Even helped get me aligned with a transport company and called to make sure the pickup was what I had expected after it was delivered. And it TOTALLY WAS!! Dave was the best salesman I have ever worked with!! The rest of the staff was wonderful as well! Would definitely work with them again!

Very disappointing place. They replaced my rotors and brakes 2 years ago, and said they needed replacement again? My car is stored in a garage and generally, my brakes never needed replacement for 60000 or more miles. Costly need and I honestly do not trust if this job was done properly 2 years ago. I also waited 1 hour for them to even look at my car, as I waited over 2 hours, as a full room of customers came and went, as I was the last one there. And… I had a scheduled appointment and arrived on time… even 15 min prior. Problems discussed with them and zero comments back.

Decided to try staying on hold, maybe someone would eventually answer. They never picked up phone and I was automatically disconnected. Is anyone supervising this dept.? Do they not want to work? Top notch, Chris Mackes is a true gentleman and is very knowledgeable of the product. I assisted an older family member purchase a new RAV4 after hers was totaled in a crash. I contacted Chris via email with a quick response and two telephone calls I received my best price from him and made the deal. We traveled 85 miles to the dealership where the car was prepped, and ready to go. Upon arrival unlike other dealerships the price quoted was the actual price. The entire process only took one hour and fifteen minutes. There were no high pressure finance room scare tactics or shenanigans. Chris was very patient explaining the new vehicle features to my family member. All in all a great experience.

While I am 2 hours away from the dealership, Cliff was professional and respectful in taking my downpayment and keeping in touch with me while I waited for my turn to purchase the vehicle. When it came time for the purchase, Cliff was transparent with the out-the-door price, did not pressure me into unnecessary options, and on the day of the pick-up did not surprise me with additional options. The time I spent at the dealership for paperwork and car setup was significantly less than the average time one spends at a dealership. During the visit I had a chance to meet Mr. Krause Senior, the father of the current owner and made sure to thank him for the great purchase experience. Overall, I am super satisfied with Cliff and Krause Toyota and will be recommending it to my friends.

Customer satisfaction is more important to them because Toyotas have a reputation of their own. People are going to buy Toyotas. So they make it their job to assist you as much as possible without taking you for a ride and all kinds of "Hidden costs" or expenses. And even if I didn't have a Toyota I would still have my car serviced there. They have pretty much every job timed down to the minute so you are provided with accurate estimates and not overcharged for labor....
