Woman at the service desk was completely rude, My truck was finished for 30 minutes but she didn't tell me this until I asked why it was sitting in the repair bay with no one working on it! She told me she busy on the phone with Toyota about wether yet another defective part was covered by my warranty. THIS PART HAD ALREADY BEEN CHANGED IN THE PAST SO SHE KNEW IT WAS COVERED! The work was done quickly and correctly but this rude woman extended my time there completely unessarrily for at least 30 minutes. She needs fired More
