I took my car in on Friday. Needed a new battery. I was told my appointment would be Tuesday at 9:45 so I made an appointment for 1:30 that afternoon, giving plenty of time for Needed a new battery. I got 5 texts and 2 emails stating that my appointment was for 9:45 on Tuesday. I called at 11:30 when I hadn't heard anything and was told "That time is just a placeholder. It doesn't mean that is when we are going to work on it." I said that that was not conveyed in any of the messages and I needed my car to get to a 1:30 appointment. They said they'd try but couldn't accommodate that. And I did not get my car in time for my appointment. don't understand why the communication is not accurate. I spoke to the service manager and told him I put something on Facebook about this and others said they either stopped buying Toyotas or stopped going to Peruzzi because of the service department. I also said I was going to call Toyota corporate to tell them the information they send is not accurate. The sales manager told me I was threatening him. He apologized but was unprofessional. When he left, the cashier applogized to me for his behavior. I have had 2 Toyotas totaling 21 years. I am getting ready to buy another but I will not be buying one from Peruzzi nor will I get my car serviced there. More

They would not honor the vehicle service contract I paid $3,500 for. The advisor behind the desk seemed to have no clue of what was going on. Being a long time Prius driver, I was disappointed that the hybrid battery picked 2 weeks ago to die. I came in on a Saturday morning and met Len Kolomyec. He listened to my story and brought out a 2013 C the hybrid battery picked 2 weeks ago to die. I came in on a Saturday morning and met Len Kolomyec. He listened to my story and brought out a 2013 Camry. This was really a nice looking and well maintained car. We were able to complete most of the paperwork and scheduled the pickup for the following Monday. All in all, working with Len and the Peruzzi organization was really a good experience and if I ever need another car I come to Peruzzi Toyota first. More
