So my car was stolen in the crazy big Honda ring last month. I called Larry Walsh and told him what happened and from that moment he was on top of making sure I was ok and finding out what I needed. He answered each and every ridiculous question I had. Got me the car I wanted and had me in and out of the sales room in about an hour n a half. Larry makes buying a car easy. And he is extremely personable. Larry sold me my first leased civic about 10ish years ago. He is the only person I will deal with when it comes to leasing. He is an absolute asset to your company. Thank you Larry Walsh for all you have done in the years I have know you!!

Another satisfactory experience at Motorworld Honda. I leased another Honda CR-V. on May 13, 2026.. This time I chose a hybrid sport-l. I again dealt with Bernice Brezinski. She is amazing. She remembers things we discussed three years ago when I leased my first CR-V after being an Accord owner for years and years. When I entered the showroom I felt like a was visiting an old friend. I especially love how she sat in the car with me and helped me navigate the many options I can choose to make my Honda exactly like I want it. I also want to mention what a pleasure it was to deal with Jose Guzman in the Finance area. He explained everything thoroughly. Finally I would like to say that I also love dealing with BJ Falkowski in the service department. She is a true professional and I always rely on her expert recommendations. Motorworld Honda should be grateful that their employees are experts in their field and the major reason I continue to return when it is time for a new vehicle.

Had an 11:00 service appointment for state inspection. Jennifer Bross had everything lined up when I arrived at drive thru. I went to the showroom and was pleasantly greeted and asked if I needed anything. Took my time looking at all the new models and before I knew it, Jennifer located me and told me what I needed. Not long after that my car was ready and I was on my way. Granted, I have a 2019 CRV with 32K, and I didn’t expect anything major today,but the way I was treated always keeps me coming back. The service guy wanted to get the miles off the car and then is apparently a nosy xxxxxxx so he scrolls through the maintenance screen on my car so he can try to sell useless services like brake flushes etc. took them nearly 3 hours to put 4 new tires on the car. They will never see my Accord again.

Went in for service this morning. I was early for my appointment. When I walked in Ashley greeted me with a friendly smile and got me checked in. She was very friendly and professional. I expected to be there for a while since I was early by about 30 minutes. Ashley did not waste any time and had me back on the road only a few minutes past my actual appointment time. Fai price, quick service, great attitude, a comfy place to wait with coffee and pretzels. Top notch, great job Ashley, I will definitely be in touch for my future service needs as well as my next vehicle purchase!!!
