They helped us out when we were in trouble — out of towners, towed in car, no rental cars available, minimal ride sharing possibilities — by providing us with a loaner car for the weekend, investigating and diagnosing an unlikely cause of our problems, fixing the problem, and sending us on our way on Monday, the first day their service department was open, after just a few hours, at a cost that was much lower than fixing some of the other possible causes of our problems would have been. Our car has operated without issues since their fix.
