I went to the showroom and was pleasantly greeted and asked if I needed anything. Took my time looking at all the new models and before I knew it, Jennifer located me and told me what I needed. Unresponsive and rude service department, IF you can find anyone to wait on you. Slow service, takes over twice as long as they estimate every time. Do yourself a favor and buy another brand of car if you live in that area.
