My mom purchased a 2019 Ford Fusion for my daughter last August. Transmission went before the 30 day warranty was up. They only fixed it because they HAD to under their warranty. January - brakes literally disintegrated. Cost us over $1000. February - engine started knocking (and yes, it was up to date on the oil change). Just had it towed to our mechanic because my daughter was out of work for a while and we expected her to help pay for what we thought - or hoped - wouldn't be a huge repair bill - engine is DONE. So....yes, out of warranty but Scott Honda, WE EXPECT YOU TO DO THE RIGHT THING HERE! I'll be calling in the morning, and you can either refund my 84 year old mother the money or we will head on over to ALL social media outlets AND contact an attorney. You HAD to have known you were selling a piece of CRAP car to us. (owner) 3 days ago Hello Beth, we are deeply concerned to hear about the major mechanical issues your daughter has experienced with her Ford Fusion. This is certainly not the standard of reliability or the type of experience we want for our guests. I will send this review to the manager. Thank you.
