I had a really good experience when the salesperson showed me the selection of Broncos and wanted to find the right one for me. He followed up and said he found one at another dealer. Had me do a credit check and then wouldn't respond. I called the sales manager and general manager, and no return phone calls for four days. Finally, the salesperson said they hadn't been able to do the dealer trade after all. Total waste of time. I wouldn't work with this dealer; I went to another Ford dealership in town, and everything went very well.

When he asked the service employee when they would be getting to his vehicle they were very rude. This normally patient man was so upset that he took his key and left. We highly recommend Justin, Skylar, and the whole Legacy Ford crew. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful, but without any pressure to buy. They let us take overnight test drives to really experience the vehicles. When I couldn't decide between 2 different models, they took my pro/con list and found me the perfect vehicle, a model I hadn't even considered. We checked out dealerships in Boise but are so glad we didn't buy from them. We were able to keep our business local and no one treated us as well as Legacy. These guys have gone above and beyond for us. Not only finding the perfect car for me but setting the radio to the 80s rock station and changing the ambient light to green, remembering those are my favorites. The folks at Legacy Ford are still checking in and making sure everything is perfect, even though all the papers have been signed. We will definitely be customers again.

I had the opportunity to visit the service department here on 9/1/18. However I didn't get my vehicle serviced here as I was passing through pulling a trailer and broke down and only 391 miles from my home dealer. I had the pleasure to deal with Lori Lupo the only service advisor working on a Saturday. I had a charge air cooler tube blow off. I asked if she could check to see if its covered under warranty. I was told that she didn't know how to do that and the guy that does all the warranty work isn't there till Monday. I walked her through the process of looking it up through Ford Oasis. Which it was covered under warranty. Then was told that they couldn't take a look at it until 9/14/18. I even asked if someone could come out and just take a look at it to help band aid it so I can get to my destination. I completely understand that it's hard to take in walk ins and especially on the weekend. However taking a couple of minutes out of the day to have a technician come and take a quick look isn't too much to ask. Needless to say I had to band aid it in their parking lot. On a good note I did make it to my destination later that day.
