Then the told me, for the 2nd time in 2 years, 30K miles, my lug nuts are rounded and need to be replaced for 240 dollars. INSANE! They are the ones who rounded, bloated them! And 240 dollars for lug nuts even Grok and ChatGPT said is a ripoff! For 10 of them!!! We said no, they refused to do any work on the car, including oil change. Never again. More
