There is always a lack of communication when I make a appt. I always have to talk to at least 3 people and go over the same thing, and placed on hold 10-15 min and passed around like a ball. When I checked in ONLY to get a new set of keys, ( which I driver 25 min to the dealer one way) it still wasn't all squared away, but my service person (Kevin Grube) was very helpful and got it figured out- even though he should of had all that when I checked in. But he was great!

Absolute Crap service and repair quality. Charged me $1200 to fix my AC and I've been breathing the leaking seals for 6+ weeks. I called them today to ask about another possible repair and got the answering machine midday, and of course no return call. I only called because they've been maintaining the vehicle since I bought it there. I will never go back there again. Garbage Business!

Recently, the engine went out on my 6 year old vehicle. From the time it arrived on their lot until it was returned to me - replaced, clean and ready for use, I was treated with kindness and respect. Through no fault of theirs, the repairs took 6 weeks from start to finish. Meanwhile, Omar, the service manager assigned to my case, kept me informed regularly regarding parts and services and saw to it that I had a loaner. I am so grateful for the way I was treated and the successful engine replacement, that they have made a customer for life. Thank you, Power Chev!!

I really don't write reviews nor was I asked to write one but I feel compelled to due to the experience I had buying my "new to me" Tacoma. And, I have to say it was a great one. My sales guy Joe was awesome to deal with, took his time with me and really new his stuff, not to mention just a cool dude overall. I had a couple of special requests that took a day or two, this where the sales manager Jim had to get involved. Jim was extremely professional, friendly and extremely responsive-I can't thank him enough. Once we figured stuff out the I had the opportunity to work with Tammy the finance manager. She was non-pushy and walked me through various options that met my financing needs and insurance programs that fit my driving habits. We worked together to pick a program that made sense to me and let's just say this, I won't need to worry about having unexpected repair bills coming my way anytime soon. Thank you again Lassen Toyota, dealing with me was truly a team effort that I appreciate and I will be sharing my experience with anyone I hear looking for a new ride. Truely a 5 star experience.

Dishonest. Sent me home with a truck that the wheel bearing was bad. They supposedly do safety inspections, but they did not. A wheal bearing is easy to check and a huge safety issue. A female should never buy from there without a mechanic present to thoroughly check the vehicle. They knew the bearing was bad that’s why they pushed the warranty so much. More money.

Disregard to the way I received my truck back after a recall fix they are upset with me because I'm upset with them about the grease they left on the roof of my truck and Roy Wright was on board to make it right when I showed up in person then after I left and called a week later to see if he has made any progress on the detailing of my roof? No return call I waited 3 days and tried again and no response waited another couple days and tried again no response called and talk to the general manager and no response after that so here we are almost 3weeks after and nothing with anyone has tried to get to make it right. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!! I don't understand how they want to make me feel like I did something wrong and just want me to go away if I could upload pictures I would! I'm to The point of just writing a bad review and 100% believing they are not or willing to own their xxxxty work and HORRIBLE way of owning it!! And making me feel like I have no reason to be upset! I WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO TELL PEOPLE TO NOT GO TO THEM!!! That they are all about making you out to be the problem so they have a excuse to not own what they do!!!!! Took my 2020 Silverado to Gary Gruner to have a switch replaced and computer recalibrated after another dealership put oversized tires on the truck and failed to recalibrate the computer. The service manager, Tony Denny said the software that to be downloaded from GM to recalibrate the computer. After about 5 hours, Tony told me it might be awhile and gave me a loaner car and asked me to come back the next day. The download took 24 hours. Tony apologized for the delay and discounted the fee for the recalibration. The switch was replaced and I was on the road. This service is what I expected from a dealership and will continue to give them my business.
