If you want a quick and easy car buying process, I definitely recommend going to Victory Toyota of Brook Park, these guys will exceed your expectations because they know what teamwork is. The salesman, Anthony, made buying a new car extremely fast. This guy is honest, punctual, attentive to detail, he had complete information about the specifications, trim of the car, he easily answered my questions, he helped me choose the necessary accessories and packages according to my wishes. Anthony, instantly informed me of every change in the status of my order. He was never intrusive, this guy is the best at his job. After buying the car, Anthony spent about an hour of his time to familiarize me in detail with all the functions of the car and configure them, he very quickly configured android auto. I have extensive experience in communicating with businesses, I can confidently say - this is the best place to buy a car. I got an appointment very easily. Just bought this car (second telluride I’ve purchased) and my door panel is chipped very badly within the last few months seems like a manufacturer error. I hardly have passengers in my vehicle whatsoever so this does not sit right with me. Hoping this can come to a reasonable resolution. If not, I will continue to make sure this situation is heard. Justin X was walking by and I approached him, trying to see if there could be something done. He listened to my concerns, inspected it and spoke with other workers and stated I could come in on a Thursday to have someone look at it, that it wouldn’t be an exact match but something could be done. When checking out with Kristen S. She wasn’t aware of the communication had with Justin and I. Stating in my paperwork and in person that I would be responsible for the repairs at $1,290 with additional labor cost of $79. No communication that the tire rotation cost extra. Was not pleased about that. Oil change took around 1 hr 20 mins.

I purchased from out-of-state and the vehicle was excellent, just as promised! I cant remeber the gentleman's name is finance but he too was superb. Documents were timely, complete, easy to understand and accurate. I've never experienced an auto purchase like this one!!!!

I had spent 2 1/2 weeks at 4 to 6 hours per day searching for a replacement Ford Explorer that had been totaled by a teenage drive with a learner's permit. While there are a yon of XLT models within the price range, I had a set of conditions needed to serve as a suitable replacement. I did a couple of potential vehicles but 1 didn't quite hit all the required checkmark boxes and the other was at a lot whose manager fit the "yutz from xxxx" description. Enter Derek from Bryers Import Used Car Department. He had an advertised vehicle that I found online. I wrote him with my concerns and he promptly answered. He even made a video for me showing ALL systems were functioning as one might hope for. My wife and I drove from Northern Cincinnati to the east side of Columbus to look the vehicle over. It was exactly as the ad described! Derek listens to the customer, there's no pushing AT ALL and he worked diligently to get our business. And Bryers honestly deals on their vehicles. We made what we considered a fair offer and it was accepted. No quibbling. Just honesty. I have purchased my 2025 Hyundai Limited on February 10th. Sales lady Kyrstin Sparenga was recommended to me by another customer who I met on social media in a group that discusses that specific vehicle. It was a pleasure working with Kyrstin, and I am very happy with the way my trade-in as well as my new vehicle was presented to me. Finance manager Louis Cheers was very pleasant to deal with as well, as I had told Kyrstin and him upfront not to bother with any kind of additional warranties and coverage as I was a cash buyer. Both had listened well and after signing the necessary papers to get my car registered and a title issued, I was in and out of Louis' office within 10 minutes. I have talked to someone from service about a question regarding the Blue Link app, and I think if I ever need service, I will be in good hands there as well. I am very pleased with the entire experience.
