I went in to look at a new ford ranger. A salesman (Mr. Robert’s)came out to ask if I needed any help. I showed him the truck I was interested in. He went in got the key and started it up. Explained all of the features and options of the truck. No pressure, very pleasant individual. I was able to get what I wanted out of my trade in. This dealership is very easy to deal with. I like the laidback atmosphere with no pressure. They will have my business from now on.

Best experience I have encountered when buying a vehicle. I owned two previous cars before visiting Sarchione, and the customer service I received here was tremendously better than the other dealerships I've dealt with. No haggling about price, fair value trade in, and quick paperwork to finalize the deal. John was my salesman, and he did a wonderful job. Always treated us like welcome guests in a home, and he relayed our price concerns on behalf of his manager. Helped us secure a lower price and better deal. Dave walked us through the paperwork that had to be signed and also had a friendly and professional demeanor. Overall I would rate this dealership very highly, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Ford or different car. Great experience and even better people.

The customer service was wonderful. Our sale's person Brain Hinze was excellent. He listened to what I was looking for and found it on their web site. It was not even on the lot yet. He kept in contact with me about the arrival date. Held it so we could be the 1st to check it out to see if it was what I wanted. I did purchase it. When I had a question a few days later on the paperwork he and co-worker were able to explain it to me. After serval weeks I still was not understanding how some of the features worked. I stop back at the dealership the co-worker who had help out with the paperwork was there (unfortunately I didn't get his name). He came out right way and showed me how the features I was having difficulty with worked. He was very patient with me. I now feel confident in using the different things my SUV can do. I all so stopped at the auto parts department. I wanted to get cross rail for the roof rack on the SUV. They were able to find me cross bars for the moonroof that would work without voiding the warranty. Everyone that I met was very friendly and helpful.
