Their exceptional efforts greatly assisted me in purchasing our 2024 Ford Expedition Max. We are incredibly grateful for such a wonderful and refreshing experience. It felt secure and comfortable trusting Bob, Jeff, and Bill throughout the entire process. We are especially thankful to Bob for all his efforts on our behalf, and we absolutely love our vehicle, which perfectly meets our family's needs. We will definitely return to Bob and Jeff for any future needs. I highly recommend them for their trustworthiness, kindness, professionalism, and expertise in addressing customer needs. We faced unique challenges in accommodating the evolving transportation needs of our three adopted special needs children. STAY AWAY! I trade cars a lot. I have bought over 35 cars in the last 30 years. I trade-in my car every year, sometimes twice per year. I have never been lied t I trade cars a lot. Byers Ford had a Jeep I wanted to buy. They emailed me a fair price. I logged onto THEIR website, I accurately and honestly entered my trade information. They offered me a cash offer of $32,600. That was lower than a buy-bid I recieved from Carmax of $33,400, but I was going to accept it. Before driving 7 hours to buy the Jeep, I called to confirm it was still available. The sales manager named Bob told me he would not honor the appraisal that BYERS FORD gave me! He offered me $31,000 instead of $32,600. When I respectfully questioned this deceptive scandelous maneuver (false advertising) , he told me that they do want want my business and I should look somewhere else! THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR OWN ONLINE APPRAISAL, and when questioned, they suggest that you take your business elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE. More
