I’ve always been treated exceptionally well at Cronin. I will say I’m disappointed for the very first time with a follow up from the service department. I have made three attempts to get information on a warranty claim for my Jeep Rubicon that I purchased there last year. I have still heard nothing after being promised the last time when I stopped in, I would hear something by the end of the day. That’s been more than a week ago. Rain was very good at his job. He was very patient and thorough as well as courteous at all times.

I was dragging my feet to purchase a new car. Hubby was really encouraging me to make the move my old car was 17 yrs old. We stopped at one dealership and the man was not helpful at all. I didn't even care about a test drive. We stopped at Spitzer Jeep just because it was on our way. What a pleasant surprise! We were met by the most helpful young salesman, Blake Reinhart! He answered all my questions. Listened to what I wanted and helped me find the car that met my desires. From working with him and then finance it was such a pleasant experience. You can't go wrong stopping there and seeing Blake. We were very greatly impressed by the friendliness, no pressure, and ease of purchasing a new vehicle.

Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Service staff were very professional. Waiting area and restroom were clean. I have over 50K on my tires, they printed off 3 tire quotes for 4 tires and did not pressure me into buying them. Quotes are good for 30 days.

Horrible experience dealing with the the warranty company. We spent over $3,000 on a warranty that wouldn’t cover the repair bill based on the verbiage of the claim. My truck was repaired, Fidelity called it an adjustment. Claim denied… I was fortunate enough to have the service manager reach out to a ln additional contact, and the claim was accepted. I appreciate the extra steps taken for customer satisfaction…
