Kane treated me with honesty, respect, and professionalism the entire time, and you can genuinely tell he cares about his customers. He kept me informed throughout the process, answered every question I had, and made sure everything was handled the right way. Customer service like this is hard to find nowadays. Progressive Dodge is lucky to have someone like Kane on their team. He is absolutely a VIP/GOAT service advisor and deserves serious recognition — honestly Employee of the Year material. If you need service done, ask for Kane. Highly recommend! More

Arranged appointme, for 11am, vie email dealer called and confirmed evening before. Arrived, person I was to meet was not there, nor was the vehicle. Was told it would be there in half an hour. Made an offer confirmed evening before. Arrived, person I was to meet was not there, nor was the vehicle. Was told it would be there in half an hour. Made an offer for the vehicle unseen, cash with no tread dealership counter offered by adding ceramic coating to the pice and a low ball offer to trade my current vehilce. Ingored me. Told to remove the addon, reoffered, cash no trade. Sales guy Joe says "Not willing to come off the list price if not buying the ceramic coating", Vehicle still MIA, Next he wants me to give him my card (debit or credit) to prove I'm serious. (I'm paying cash and have over $35 in certifed funds he had already seen). REJECTED THE DEMAND. Walked out, went over to North Coast Mitsubichi Akron where we got a deal in ten minuetes, These old school tactics are illegal SKIP THIS DEALERSHIP. More

We are a loyal repeat customer with our most recent purchase being a Dodge truck (bought with an extended warranty to avoid large unexpected repair bills). We recently had an issue with the truck and purchase being a Dodge truck (bought with an extended warranty to avoid large unexpected repair bills). We recently had an issue with the truck and took it in for service. They could not find what was wrong but still charged us $685 just for the diagnostics. Had to get the truck back just to avoid more charges. Basically the warranty is useless if they can’t find the issue but you still have a large out of pocket expense fir all the diagnostics which couldn’t identify the issue. Paid for the warranty and now we paid $$$ for absolutely no help in resolving an issue with a truck they sold us “ covered by warranty”. They didn’t care that we were loyal, bought many vehicles from them, or the premise under which they sold us the warranty. Feel so completely disappointed and we are definitely done doing business with progressive. More

Had an emergency situation with a tire on a Saturday morning and the service manager immediately got me in and fixed the problem. It was a life saver for me.
