I just need to stop going here. It never gets better. They over charged me $22 from the quote I took a screenshot shot of when I accepted the work. I ask for them to set my tires at a 38 psi and they are now at 35 each. We looked up the seals they wanted to replace and we could have gotten it done for about $400 cheaper down the road. They charged $600 in labor and had my van for about 4 hours. They overcharge so much. More

Once the part came in, the repair was done expeditiously. I was pleased with the repair. However, it took the part nearly three months to arrive (not Performance’s problem) and I was required to pay nearly $ I was pleased with the repair. It strained my finances to cover. The dealership refused to provide a vehicle while doing this warranty work. More

Dropped the vehicle off for warranty work because Chryslers are built cheap. Picked it up two days later with a new dash light. Amazingly they managed to break something while fixing the car.
