My experience was 5 star!! I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have the car I was looking for. I was very apprehensive at first but I can't say enough good things about Chris Oden as my sales contact. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys, just great accommodating service. Chris went above and beyond when I had questions about carfax info and made sure I was 100% on everything before buying. Best experience yet on buying a car!

He was energetic, attentive, patient and very informative about my inquiries about the RAV4 hybrid. However, he could improve his communication about availability of models as I thought I was getting a 2025, but really got a 2024. I feel that he made up for this by explaining that a 2025 would take longer but he was not upfront about which year’s model I was getting. Adnane gave me a ride to pick up my new vehicle; which was much appreciated! I will refer others to Adnane in the future. Hopefully the paperwork process can be streamlined and shortened in the future.

They made the process so simple and quick with absolutely ZERO misdirection or trying to "sell" other things ... the way so many other dealerships tend to do. 100% satisfied (and my wife will happily tell you - that "ain't" easy.
