Service department had an issue verifying my extended service plan. Ended up being a clerical error on input but delayed car authorization by 3 days for a one hour job. Car brought in on Friday evening service plan. Ended up being a clerical error on input but delayed car authorization by 3 days for a one hour job. Car brought in on Friday evening and pick was Monday afternoon. I wasn't offered a loaner car to drive for the weekend but if the extended service plan was still not being honored on Monday was going to pursue that avenue. More
