The service department has always been top notch! They never seem to act like you are a bother, like other service departments. They treat you as the reason they exist. They treat you like family. They address you by name, because they know who you are. Don't get me wrong, I like their service department for the experience and professionalism they provide, and the ability to do things right the first time. But, I like the family-feel. Keep up the great work!

Outstanding service from Hannah, the service advisor that helped me. I took in my Ram Promaster 3500 for service on the driver assistance camera but the vehicle also happened to get a check engine light the day before. The check engine light turned out to be a serious matter that required a major engine teardown to remedy and needed urgent attention. This was on a Tuesday and I needed my vehicle back by Friday for travel. Even better than overnighting parts, they had a driver go pick up parts a few hours away to get both my camera and engine fixed before Friday! For reference a dealer in Charlotte had attempted to fix only my driver assistance camera and had my vehicle for a month and could not fix it! Doug Henry diagnosed my issue immediately, fixed both my camera, tore down my engine and had everything fixed ready to go in 2 days time!! I could not be more grateful for the service I received here. Hannah was on top of it, understood the urgency and kept me updated every step of the way. Her manager also provided very helpful and detailed information on the work they were performing. I will always take my vehicle here first before any other place and will definitely start taking my Jeep here for service as well now! Thank you Hannah for the best service. I drove from South Florida to Kernersville CDJR because 1) Best Price on a 2026 RAM 3500 Limited Longhorn SRW with 24K package plus sunroof etc. MSRP: $100k , reduced to $82K and change 2) The Sales Professional, Carmen Lopez was extremely helpful and easy to work with; she was patient with my questions and my trade came in within $1000.00 of what I knew it was valued and we split the difference 3) The Finance Department Angela Adcock made the financing super easy and there was "Zero Hammering of the Customer on Extended Warranty" , I wanted one and we came to solution on that nice and easy 4) When we arrived at the Dealership, we were greeted by Mary, the delivery professional , who helped with all final steps. I had just purchased brand new specific tires on 2023 RAM 2500 trade in and wanted those tires put on my new 2026 RAM. Not a problem! Mary coordinated with Jennifer the Service Manager and before we knew it we were on our way home. BY THE WAY, we can up on Saturday night and stayed in a hotel for a Monday Morning delivery and the dealership handed me a check for my hotel bill. That was awesome! I highly recommend dealing with Carmen, Angela, Mary and Jennfifer. Note to Self: All Intelligent Woman. That has to be the difference in making the customer experience pleasant over other dealerships :-)

End of June 2025, we are driving home and passing through Sanford NC. The "Check Engine Oil" indicator comes ON. Very fortunately, a GOOGLE search on my phone finds Hiester CJDR only 6 miiles from my location. Got to the dealership OK, went to Service Office, and met Bill Perry. I explained our emergency, he was able to immediately get the JEEP into a repair slot. The Technician Mr. Garcia-Alcantar found the oil pressure sensor had split and was leaking oil..... So, new part installed, an oil change and a new filter, and a complete complimentary Factory Multi-Point inspection, and we were on our way. 6 hours later we arrived home, the JEEP ran flawlessly. I highly recommend this dealership and its attention to customer service. Also, it is a great location near my kids, should I ever need any maintenace done on my JEEP. Thank you to all the crew at Hiester CJDR, this was a superior and worry-free experience. - Mark S.

As always!! They came through for me again! With the absolute best service! Came in with new sneakers for my truck, they did their best but unfortunately their tire machine could no handle them. They referred me to a shop that could, then after got me in immediately for the alignment. They truly treat you like family! No matter the situation they always steer you in the right direction with the upmost loving support. They are true, honest, with the most clarity you could ask for, especially being a dealership. We all know the rep dealerships get, but I promise you they are not the same.

Joe was rude, arrogant and very demeaning . Called me offensive when he was the offensive one. I tried to bargain but he wouldn’t budge on anything. Insinuated I was cheap. Told me I was selling myself short for not buying from him and that he could not wave a magic wand to get the vehicle to where I wanted. I have screenshots of the conversations. Complained that he missed lunch getting car ready and I didn’t show up because the jeep was marked up by 7k the day I was to test drive. He texted me again to see if I would consider a lower price car but I said no and thanked him for his time. I guess he didn’t like that and started getting snarky and ended with him saying he was giving my profile to another representative because he no longer wanted to work with me. Not sure if he really should be selling cars having that attitude but you do you Joe Haarsgaard. Because of you I will not be buying a vehicle from Ilderton.

Stay away from these shady folks. Lost a FOB, bought a new one here which ended up costing us $1,000 - the new fob never worked properly. Made an appointment to have it fixed. But before the appointment the jeep completely shut down. Had it towed to the dealership at our expense. Then paid for diagnostic test, and a new car battery, the old battery seemed to be working only the jeep wasnt. Then when we went to pick it up the day after the repairs were supposed to be done. They hadn’t even done the work! Had to sit around for over an hour while they tried to locate the paperwork then start working on the vehicle. The place is a complete clown show.
