Outstanding service from Hannah, the service advisor that helped me. I took in my Ram Promaster 3500 for service on the driver assistance camera but the vehicle also happened to get a check engine light the helped me. I took in my Ram Promaster 3500 for service on the driver assistance camera but the vehicle also happened to get a check engine light the day before. The check engine light turned out to be a serious matter that required a major engine teardown to remedy and needed urgent attention. This was on a Tuesday and I needed my vehicle back by Friday for travel. Even better than overnighting parts, they had a driver go pick up parts a few hours away to get both my camera and engine fixed before Friday! For reference a dealer in Charlotte had attempted to fix only my driver assistance camera and had my vehicle for a month and could not fix it! Doug Henry diagnosed my issue immediately, fixed both my camera, tore down my engine and had everything fixed ready to go in 2 days time!! I could not be more grateful for the service I received here. Hannah was on top of it, understood the urgency and kept me updated every step of the way. Her manager also provided very helpful and detailed information on the work they were performing. I will always take my vehicle here first before any other place and will definitely start taking my Jeep here for service as well now! Thank you Hannah for the best service. Had it for 1 week, did a software update to correct a misfire issue...got it back and less than 300 miles later the check engine light was back on for the exact same cylinder 2 misfire code.
