The service department is terrible. They were going to charge me over 800 dollars to fix my window. After 3 months telling me lies during this time the part never came in. They charged They were going to charge me over 800 dollars to fix my window. After 3 months telling me lies during this time the part never came in. They charged me 125 dollars to just look at the problem. I went to Clarks Auto Glass in whiteville. They had the part in 3 days. Cost me 200 dollars to get the window fixed. Wow, Vann Underwood was going to charge me over 800 dollars, Wow! What a TERRIBLE dealership More

Then they worked with me Great Dealership! They didn't have exactly what I was looking for on the lot but I test drove a model with similar features. Then they worked with me to find what I wanted at another dealership and executed a dealer trade. Small and customer focused, not like the circus atmosphere at the dealership 4 minutes from my house.
