Everyone I dealt with was great, from the initial contact with Olivi to Shawn, David, Heath, and the GM, Steve. Everyone had the same vibe and a similar pace, which lowered the stress level significantly. They were straightforward and delivered as expected. I would highly recommend them.

After attempting to get a OTD price from them, their AI (of which I thought I was texting with Kelly McVey). Their chat bot keep asking me to bring in my trade BUT refused to give the OTD price on their 2024 Mustang GT. Then Kelly finally came on there about a misunderstanding?? Misunderstanding is ONLY on their dealership. They should NEVER use such a thing and then argue over my trade in. Then she sent another email stating what more she could help in my decision. Do this Cloninger Ford, don’t embarrass yourself with such garbage and treat that would have been a repeat customer with repspect.

This has been my first car that hasn't been a complete jalopy. Customer service and just the help was wonderful.
