They did nothing to investigate the obvious issues with the trucks suspension. Issues that were brought up a week after purchase and I have been fighting diligently to resolve for 5 months now. They kept it a month and half and only drove it like 20 miles collectively just to be “unable to confirm”. Funny thing is anyone who drove it off the lot would have duplicated it when it bounced like a basketball leaving the lot. My truck has been in Service just about as long as I have driven it since purchase. I’ve been told by another Ford Dealer that I was screwed by these guys and advised by Ford corporate to seek legal action because they sold me a loaner and notated the car as new, directly lied to me about the length of warranty it came with and now refuse to fix any of the issues that shouldn’t be present on a 5 month old truck because it’s really a year and a half old with that much wear and tear even though it was supposedly “new” at the end of April. Is was overcharged for truck and then kicked in the face when all I had asked is to get what I paid for.

Online scheduling process is a nightmare and non-functional. Latest fiasco is getting ongoing notices from FORD on a recall requiring software to fix only to be told by dealer that they weren't ready for repair. After multiple phone calls and reaching FORD corporate I finally got it scheduled. Service and General Managers do NOT return phone calls or emails.

Absolutely frustrating service department. Dropped our Edge off over two weeks ago for transmission work. It was slipping noticeably but because it didn't show a "code" the technicians were unable to determine the problem. A week later, after a transmission service, they decided it was a bad torque converter. Said a new one would be in that Friday. A week later it arrived. They said it would be ready to pickup that evening, now Monday, two weeks after we dropped it off. Now Tuesday afternoon and they don't know when it will be ready. We have a premium extended warranty that includes a loaner or rental car. After telling us a loaner would be available in a day or two...no loaner has been provided. We fearcafter all this time, almost 12 business days, it will need a new transmission!!

They have taken care of me for years and I was in Vegas for work and they picked my old Fiesta and did thousands of dollars of work on my older car, while I was gone and parked it back at home before I got back and that was one of my vehicles!! My 20 ST always goes there for any type of work I need because Ashley will go out of her way to please the consumer!!! Very nice lady and treats you with respect and consults with you to inform you of anything that needs attention or repair!!!
