They've taken great care of my 2020 Explorer ST since I purchased it from same dealership in July 2019. Pre-work inspections are thorough and let me know when maintenance needs are "now" or "next visit" so I can plan to keep my car running great as long as possible and within my budget.

I just had a recall/update that needed to be done. Enrique checked me in, and said if I needed anything to just let him know. Update took about half an hour.

The person that set up the appointment over the phone was great and left me feeling confident that this was going to be a good experience. The service advisor, Joe Noverati, at Winner Ford in Cherry Hill is excellent. There was some confusion when I was having a fleet vehicle serviced and he handled it like an absolute pro. I felt like I was informed of exactly what stage the service was at the every step of the way. He was friendly and great to talk to even when we were stuck in limbo with the fleet company. I have worked with motorcycle dealership fixed operations all over the country for 20 years, I know how tough these situations can be. Joe is an asset to the Winner service department and I won't hesitate to use them for all of my service needs in the future. Thanks Joe!

Disappointed in the service from Ciocca Ford of Flemington. My once time GO TO Ford dealer I have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of work and customer service provided by Flemington Ford. I have always given 5 star reviews as well as complimented staff on social media. On May 15 2024 I dropped off my 2021 F150 for service regarding a transmission concern. At that time I had 59,600 miles on the vehicle. Later that day I was notified that the Service Manager recommended I get the 60,000 mile service performed I will admit that I did not ask what this included (my bad) however I assumed that Ford's scheduled 60,000 mile service described in the owner's manual (replacing the engine air filter, cabin air filter, spark plugs and various system inspections) was what I was getting. The transmission repair was covered under the warranty and the only cost would be the additional 60,000 mile service I agreed to. The invoice total was $679.07 Two weeks later I dropped the truck off for an oil change and tire rotation. The multipoint inspection sent to me indicated I needed the air filter replaced. I was shocked to no filters were replaced during the service performed two week prior. When I reviewed the invoice for the 60,000 mile service the only parts listed were 6 spark plugs and some dielectric grease. When I called the Service Dept to ask what was going on I was told the 60,000 mile service only included changing spark plugs. After speaking with the Service Manager and asking him if he thought $679.07 for replacing spark plugs was excessive he told me: "Walmart prices are going up too and you still shop there". In the past I have never thought twice about paying premium costs for service knowing that my vehicle was being cared for by highly trained technicians and I was receiving the highest quality customer service. I always thought Flemington Ford was the best Ford dealer for miles around and always promoted the dealership with friends and colleagues. After this experience you can be assured I will never use Flem Ford again.
