I had an excellent experience with the dealership. My prior BMW x5 was purchased new less than a year ago and was totaled by a reckless driver hitting me. The thought of buying another car was pretty stressful, but I knew to reach out to Scot Murby since I had just worked with him less than a year ago. I had a few things that were really important to me—the color, the driver-assist features, and the tow hitch—and I didn’t have the time to build something custom. Scot searched the country and was able to find a near-exact match. He made the whole process very smooth and kept things moving quickly.
