This was our first time working with Tulley BMW, and we’ve had such a great experience. From purchasing our X7 to bringing it in for service. The level of care has been consistent from the very beginning, and our service experience was just as excellent as our experience during the sale. I especially want to acknowledge Bob for the care and attention he gave us. He truly is the best. He sets a standard of excellence that makes you feel completely valued as a customer. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and we really appreciated how attentive and thoughtful he was both before and after the purchase. I also highly recommend asking for Will if you want to work with someone who is genuinely kind, patient, and exceptional at what he does. We brought our two young children with us, and he was awesome. He listened to what we wanted, took his time with us, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. The entire team made buying our X7 such an easy experience. Seriously, with two kids, that says a lot! If you have kids, the Panoramic Sky Lounge LED Roof is such a fun option. Which we didn’t even really realize when we were test driving during the day. My personal favorites are the glass/crystal shifter and massage seats!
