Very good job on service aspect-the “welcome “ area and process for arriving service customers is bit awkward. Prior to my arrival, Adam the service group leadership also took the time to validate an offering from BMW of North America for me. The only hiccup was that I was sent a confirmation for a drop-off service, but had scheduled a while-you wait service. This was quickly corrected. Thanks Team. More
