I purchased my 2023 rogue platinum online from Eden Prairie. It was a very professional purchase. I did not have any problems. All my questions were answered and response was quick. I had it delivered and was very happy to not see a sticker on my car with their dealership because it takes away from the beauty of the car. I would buy another Rogue from them. I live in South Dakota 5 hrs away and the delivery fee was just $500. I love it! It is as nice as it looked online. My only complaint was I wish it would have been washed and shined up before sending off to me. I wanted it to look brand spanking new. I had it detailed and it looks fantastic now. I thank everyone at Eden Prairie for everything. I appreciated everyone.

I would like to thank Dan Sommerfeld and crew for the service they performed on my 2023 QX80 January 6th and 13th. I enjoyed working with Dan he is very knowledgeable and conscientious. I came in for 30,000 mile service and they found the climate control fan needed to be replaced and the drivers seat frame needed to be replaced (it would not stay in selected position since the car was new). The service took two appointments, so I thank them for their patience and quality work.

When we walked in we were greeted by Chase and everything went well from there very down to earth he was transparent about everything we asked about the car. Then we were passed to the finance guy Larry which made the whole process easy easy ☺️ and we left with our new 2021 VW Atlas after a deer took out our 2019 VW ATLAS.
