We brought our Ford Expedition to the dealer we purchased - rmagner1936

We brought our Ford Expedition to the dealer we purchased it from because the key would not release from the ignition. After several hours we were told it there was over $2,000.00 of service needed and we needed to prepay for the parts. My husband then drove to Imperial Ford in Mendon. Within 30 minutes the manager advised that he ran the VIN, we purchased the extended warranty, so this service was covered at 100%. (There was also some other issues that the first dealership advised that was needed and not under warranty.) But Imperial did the legwork to find the warranty we forgot about. They made the appointment and gave us a rental (also covered by the warranty,) since the part would take a few days to come in. They called us to update us during the process and called us once the service was complete (something other dealerships never did.) We will certainly be using Imperial for our service from now on. Thanks Donny for the great service!

I have used this dealership for 4 years and until last visit was very pleased. A rookie mistake happened to me and scared me to death. I had a routine oilchange and a recall done. When I left realized I had no breaks. Called Lou who sent a technician to my house. Seems that a hose was disconnected to complete the recall and not reconnected thus no breaks. I live close and made it home but the outcome could have much different 😕. So I quess not happy about last visit.

I've had a front end accident last fall, and they did the body work at Sarat's Body Shop. I don't drive it much, so in the spring time when it got warmer, my A/C wasn't blowing cold, so I thought it may be related to the accident since the front end was all replaced. I have to say thank you to Penny in the Body Shop and Nicole in service. They were able to fix it without charging me, as it was related to the previous visit. I would recommend this dealership.

Order intake person was Very efficient and cordial. Vehicle was in for a typical oil change. Vehicle was not taken in for the scheduled service over two hours after appointment time. Time for the service and inspection was around 45 minutes which is typical. Biggest issue is the additional 2 hours the vehicle was worked on. This is in need of considerable improvement.

When I called in to schedule it, the service advisor Brian asked me some questions that led me to think further into what service would be needed as it is a low mileage vehicle, but up on some years (2016). We agreed to add some services like an oil change. He set a reasonable expectation of cycle time with me and so I decided to schedule an early day appointment in order to be able to wait with the vehicle. Check-in was smooth and the service wrapped up 10 to 15 minutes early relative to the estimated service time, which was a pleasant outcome. A few items came up in the courtesy inspection and they were explained to me in clear terms and informed me well to make some added service decisions for the next visit. The waiting room was very clean, pleasantly quiet and comfortably provisioned. When I left, I felt that my needs had been addressed in an efficient manner. I especially enjoyed that their time estimates were on target and that they met the service expectations set during the intake process.

Used online service to book appointment at the Quick Lane. Truck was worked on in a timely manner and at the scheduled appointment time. Service personnel were very nice and informative. Only disappointment was that they could not do the tire rotation on my F350 due to the long bed on it. Truck was too long for the lift necessary to do the tire rotation.
