I brought a bronco in for a recall. I was told it would be two hours. After eight hours, I called the dealership and the person in the service department had to search for my car. I returned the call without a follow up by the dealership. I’ll be a colonial Ford Customer for life. Shayne the salesman did a great with his job pressure approach and he was extremely knowledgeable.
