I drove 3 hours to buy from Jaron and the people at Hertrich Pocomoke and I’d do it again and again. Excellent service!! I was on my way back home in my new car after only a couple signatures and a run-through of the new car. Of course the price hooked me, but with other dealers it was like pulling teeth to get a fair price. One much closer dealer eventually beat Jaron’s price by a couple hundred dollars, but it was such a PITA to get to that number I stayed committed to Hertrich in Pocomoke and didn’t even bother asking them to counter. The experience was worth it. Thanks everyone. See you in 10 years when I get new car!

Extremely disappointing experience. Abel from the service department repeatedly told me they were still waiting on parts for my infotainment system and grille, but no one ever contacted me after the parts arrived. I was later told the parts had been returned, yet when I called the parts department, I was informed they had only been sent back the day after I called. The conflicting information and lack of communication wasted weeks of my time. Now the dealership is closing, my repairs were never completed, and I have to start the entire warranty process all over again at another dealership. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service.

Bought new 2026 Trax on 7/30/2026. I am 83, and over the years I bought all of my vehicles from GM dealers, and this by far was the most pleasant and most straight forward deal of all. Sales gal, Kristen Taylor, Grant Williams, sales manager, and Leo Mciver, finance manager were all very accommodating.. And, they gave a lifetime/unlimited miles power train warranty on new vehicle buys.. This is an unheard of, free perk, so why would I go anywhere else?
